In line with the HKSAR Government’s strategic direction, HKUST is moving forward to establish a third medical school.The University is seeking a high-calibre individual who can work well in a dynamic, rapid-response and multi-tasking environment to support the planning and implementation of the medical school project. The appointee will play a key role in supporting all aspects of project management, with duties including but not limited to:
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in project management or program management, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should also have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). Computer literacy and IT proficiency are expected. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong project management skills, adept multi-tasking abilities, the capacity of working independently and demonstrate sensitivity to numbers. Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of the contract.
