Company Overview
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Assisting in the psychology laboratory management, and managing research equipment and facilities;
- Participating in School/University activities;
- Liaising with secondary schools and tertiary education institutions and other relevant stakeholders; and
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- An earned master's degree, in Psychology (preferably in cognitive psychology, experimental psychology, cognitive science, neuroscience, or a related field);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Relevant laboratory management experience, and knowledge in eye-tracking/ EEG/ fNRIS/ biofeedback is preferred;
- Advanced computer skills, such as programming experience, and proficiency in conducting statistical analyses are preferred;
- Prior knowledge about the Hong Kong education sector, teaching experience in higher education institutions, and willingness to travel to secondary schools and higher education institutions for programme promotion and student recruitment will be a definite advantage.
The level of appointment depends on the candidate’s academic background, experience and competence in academic leadership, teaching, research, scholarly publications, etc.

An attractive remuneration package, including basic salary, an end-of-contract gratuity, and a discretionary incentive payment, where applicable, will be offered to the right candidates.
