• Degree in Business or property-related disciplines
• At least 7 years’ experience in retail leasing, preferably gained from property developer
• Familiar with Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance and Building Management Ordinance
• Self-motivated, aggressive, outgoing and have good connections with retailers and property agencies
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
