Description
- Manage key customers daily to address business-related issues and strengthen relationships.
- Drive sales and profit growth, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
- Identify new business opportunities within major retail chains.
- Oversee budget management and demand forecasting, ensuring efficiency in financial planning.
- Coordinate necessary materials for future business planning and risk management.
- Conduct category trend analysis, competitor bench-marking, and customer profiling.
- Leverage insights to refine strategies and drive market positioning.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related subjects.
- 3-5 years of Key Account experience within the FMCG industry.
- Strong team player, able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management expertise, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior Key Account Executive.
