Entry Salary: HK$19,750 or above

Responsibilities: 

• Arrange medical coverage and process medical claims according to claims guidelines
• Provide administrative support through correspondence handling
• Handle enquiries from agents, brokers and customers in a timely manner
• Good team player and able to work independently, under pressure and to tight timelines preferable 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in handling insurance claims and issues, preferably in healthcare/insurance industry
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint and English & Chinese Word Processing
• Form 7 or above, holder of Higher Diploma or Degree will be an advantage
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills
