The appointee will mainly provide IT support to teaching and learning at the College of International Education on Shatin Shek Mun Campus. The appointee is expected to a) study, propose and develop potential IT solutions; b) perform server administration, PC and iMac PC image cloning; c) support mixed-mode events by using online broadcast live streaming software, e.g. OBS; and d) provide user support and conduct training workshops; and e) supervise subordinates and part-time staff. Shift duties will be required.

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma /Associate Degree in Computing or Information Technology related disciplines;
• Preferably 3 years’ solid post-qualification experience;
• Preference will be given to those with solid experience in e-Learning support, server administration, macOS configurations and image cloning.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills; and
• Degree holder with less experience will also be considered.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
