Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all rounded human resources functions including but not limited to payroll, compensation & benefits administration, leave administrations and staff relations
  • Assist in reviewing or formulating HR strategies, policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports and analysis for management review
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Possess 1- year’s relevant experience in sizeable organizations is preferred
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislations
  • Proactive, multi-tasked and able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Sound communications and interpersonal skills with staff of all levels
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Experience in using IPL is an advantage
  • Fresh gradutes are also welcome
  • Immediate available will be highly preferred
