Company Overview
To meet with our Company's expansion needs, we are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager/Senior Human Resources Officer- Payroll.
Your role:
- Reporting to the Human Resources and Administration Manager
- Handle a full spectrum of human resources functions, mainly C&B and payroll
- Assist in policy alignment and HR policy implementation
- Act as a team leader to the Human Resources team
- Assist with preparing statistical and analytical reports for annual budget review
- Assist with preparation of documents for annual audits
What we are looking for:
- Degree holder
- At least 8 years' of experience in the human resources function in the food and beverage/catering, hospitality or retail industry in Hong Kong
- Proven track record in preparing payroll for frontline/operational staff in large volumes
- Experience with Achiever or HRIS implementation an asset
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent written and spoken English (A MUST)
- Strong Cantonese and Mandarin skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Detailed-oriented and sensitive to numbers
- IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE PREFERRED
