We are looking for high caliber and dynamic persons to work in partnership with the University stakeholders in the delivery of one-stop human resources services and internal HR consulting and advisory. In addition, the appointees will be engaged in the review, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in one or more of the following areas: talent acquisition and contract life-cycle management; compensation and benefit administration; performance management; staff development and training; employee relations and HRIS. The appointees will also oversee compliance with employment-related regulatory requirements and provide secretarial support to committees.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience. Candidates should have good conceptual and analytical ability, a service-oriented mindset, demonstrated supervisory experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They should also be self-directed and resourceful, and be highly proficient in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Good computer literacy including advanced Excel software application skills is expected. Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates may be considered for appointment as Human Resources Associate. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
