As an Assistant Finance Manager (AR), your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the Accounts Receivable function
• Managing and executing financial activities
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Driving continuous process improvements
• Leading a small team and ensure their performance aligns with business objectives
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Participating in ad-hoc projects as required

A successful Assistant Finance Manager (AR) should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG/ retail industry
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese
