Our client is an innovative and dynamic company operating in the fashion industry. Currently, we are seeking for Assistant Facility Manager who has project management & portfolio management background to join the team.

Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
• Support the development and monitoring of project time-lines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate and communicate project updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project life-cycle.
• Assist in conducting research and analysis to provide valuable insights and recommendations for project improvements. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.
• Support the implementation of project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in project management or a related role, preferably in the retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Good Command in English and Chinese
• Candidate with senior experience will be considered as Managerial Grade.
