Po Leung Kuk is a well-established charitable organization in Hong Kong and has been serving the local community for 147 years. The Kuk provides diversified social services including education, welfare and recreation to the general public.

We invite high caliber personnel to fill the following position:

The successful candidate will be required to assist the development of the Kuk’s educational services. The key responsibilities will include:

• coordinating School-Based Educational Psychology Service;
• organizing meetings, preparing minutes and correspondence;
• liaising with Educational Psychologists and external units when required;
• provide full range support on events/ceremony management;
• other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor; and
• irregular working hours (including evenings, weekends and public holidays) may be required occasionally.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Relevant experience in NGO setting will be an asset but fresh graduates will also be considered;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• A good team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing
• Good data and information management skills is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure, independent, mature and eager to learn
• Shortlisted candidates may be invited to sit for English and Chinese proficiency tests
