Reporting to Donor Services Manager, the incumbent will capture donor details into the donor database and provide service to donors and fundraising projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Handle data entry for donation & fundraising event
• Handle donor enquiries, dispatch, and walk-in donation / merchandising
• Contact donors and follow up with incomplete information or declined payment
• Update the database whenever donors provide us with new information
• Process return mail by contacting donors to update their addresses
• Provide support to data file output, receipts printing, Monthly Donation programs, fundraising projects, and ad hoc projects as necessary

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Tertiary educated or above
• 1-2 year of data entry and customer service / clerical / administrative experience preferred

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Highly computer literate, analytical and logical
• Fast and accurate typing with a good sense of local and overseas addresses
• Donor oriented, sensible, well-organized, efficient and with good attention to details
• Courteous, with good telephone manner and able to deal with donors.
• Good command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken. Mandarin capability an advantage
• Patient and do not mind repetitive work
• Flexible, proactive team player and able to work independently.
