Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in development of design concept for both in store focal, display windows & events.
• Work closely with production house / agency / contractor to execute the requirement on VM/ Props/ Fixtures;
• Coordinate with production houses for visual materials; manage the delivery and installation on time;
• Prepare documents, technical drawings and presentation material of visual concept, compare quotations and oversee contractor installation;
• Assist in creating the visual presentation; source and organize visual merchandising props.
• Prepare 3D rendering, proposal presentation & layout plans for all visual projects.
• Monitor & review cost & expense for project.
• Assist store VM team during window set-up, events & whenever necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Design Institute graduate preferably in 2D/3D design or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience with exposure in visual merchandising; display in retail industry; exhibition/events; production house.
• Solid experience in window display, in-store setting and decorations;
• MUST have good knowledge & efficient in design drawing (rendering & production drawings) and various computer design software PC/MAC user (i.e. Sketch up, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design etc.);
• Well organized, be creative and with good sense of responsibilities;
• Independent, attention to detail, team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Good command in both written/spoken Chinese & English.
