Responsibilities

• Assist Costume Manager to manage the day to day costume distribution operation to ensure quality service and seamless experience are delivered
• Further develop working relationships with vendors to ensure costumes are maintained, repaired, cleaned and delivered on a timely basis
• Support crossing training of Costume Assistants to encourage mobility and optimize labor utilization
• Monitor costume repairs and rehabs to ensure a high show quality standards whilst ensuring they are completed timely and with the budget allocated
• Ensure operational efficiency in costume distribution process and optimize storage of costumes through effective inventory management

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in retail management, distribution management or inventory control
• Must be able to make decisions on daily business operation and communicate efficiently and appropriately to necessary arties
• Maintain consistency in coaching and counseling Front Line Cast Members
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese
