Assistant Compensation & Benefits Manager

Company Overview
- Support Head of C&B to plan, design and evaluate total reward policies, process & programs such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, benefits and job evaluation/ banding to support business needs
- Serve as a subject matter expert of AXA equity program, shareplan & long term incentive plan as well as International Mobility policy implementation
- Manage salary budgets and international mobility programs implementation
- Undertakes benchmarking exercises to ensure the competitive terms and conditions and manage compensation & benefits survey process
- Work with team in the year end process and review analysis
- Co-ordinate external data needs with service providers
- Co-ordinate with various internal stakeholders on analysis and reporting requirements
- Support HR team with advice and services related to implementation of salary, benefits, and international mobility programs
- Assist Head of C&B to enhance the total rewards value proposition to employees, and enhance line managers' capability to articulate key reward philosophy and messages
- Guide relationships with service providers
- Work with regional and global teams on C&B projects as required
Requirements
- Degree in an HR/Finance related discipline
- At least five years of relevant experience in an HR role, professional services firm or role with relevant mix of analytical, project management and policy setting experience
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills - good at following up matters and managing details
- Excellent numeric skills and excel modeling capabilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- Demonstrated project experience and skills
- Highly developed personal integrity and ethics
- Business acumen
