Responsibilities

• Provide timely management information for senior management and business partner
• Perform regular analysis of data and provide multi-dimensional views to support Product and Marketing Departments, as well as to facilitate management decision making at tactical as well as strategic levels
• Work with data to identify new insight and initiate improvement for marketing activities
• Automate and streamline the processes to maximize integration, effectiveness and efficiency
• Evaluate the campaign performance and channels’ efficiency

Requirements

• University degree holder or above in Business Administration, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ working experience in data analysis, preferable in consumer finance or retail banking industry.
• Proficient in SAS, SQL or Excel VBA
• Knowledge of unsecured lending product and big data processing tools / programming languages is an advantage
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and project management skills
