Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Surveying or Building Studies or related disciplines

• Must have at least two years relevant post qualifications experiences.
• Level 2 (Grade E) or above in English Language (Syllabus B as appropriate) and Chinese Language in HKCEE/ HKDSEE, or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, Project and AutoCAD.
• Immediately available is preferred.
• Fresh graduate will not be considered.
