Responsibilities:- Be responsible for general agency operations including but not limited to agency recruitment support, regular agency performance reporting, analysis of sales and industrial data for management review
- Support business plan to drive the agency development
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Conduct market research to gather insights for new initiatives
Requirements:
- University graduate with at least 5 years’ working experience, preferably in insurance industry
- Strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
