Company Overview
Duties
- To handle exam administration and related matters;
- To handle college event coordination and related matters;
- To provide administrative support to facilitate daily office operation;
- To provide secretarial and administrative support to boards, task forces and committee;
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor/s.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Arts, English or Business Administration;
- At least 4 year of administrative working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Skills in Chinese Word Processing (倉頡或速成), MS Office applications (including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule; and
- A team player with pleasant personality and good organizational skills;
- Immediate available is preferred.
