Company Overview
The Job:
- Administer day-to-day operation for office services, including car pool operation, tea service, dispatch and mailing services, reception counter services and other logistics support services at the Head Office.
- Assist in office communication facilities including IP Telephony system, etc.
- Administer the replenishment of the general office supplies and maintain proper inventory records.
- Carry out other ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned
The Person:
- Diploma holder with minimum 4 years' experience in office administration in sizeable organization.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
