Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle Office administration including but not limited to purchasing, housekeeping and maintenance of office equipment;
  • Handle routine printing and mailing duties;
  • Manage company uniform and maintain stock record
  • Handle invoices, expenses and miscellaneous reports;
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above;
  • At least 3 years' experience in office administration;
  • Pro-active, detailed-minded, good multi-tasking skills with good organizational skills;
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels (including internal & external parties.)
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
