Company Overview
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Office administration including but not limited to purchasing, housekeeping and maintenance of office equipment;
- Handle routine printing and mailing duties;
- Manage company uniform and maintain stock record
- Handle invoices, expenses and miscellaneous reports;
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above;
- At least 3 years' experience in office administration;
- Pro-active, detailed-minded, good multi-tasking skills with good organizational skills;
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels (including internal & external parties.)
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
