Reporting and Analysis

• To provide information and assistance for compilation of monthly flash reports
• To assist and prepare the monthly management package 
• To track business unit performance and monitor monthly expenses versus budget 
• To compile periodic forecast for management review
• To assist in preparation of semi-annual board paper and supporting schedules
• To prepare ad hoc reports as required

Annual Budget 

• To prepare budget timeline & template
• To track submission by each division
• To liaise with other departments for information required for budget purposes
• Timely consolidation of budget package for management review
• To follow up outstanding items during submission stage

Requirements  

• Degree holder in accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years' relevant experience
• Member or student member of HKICPA / ACCA is preferred
• Well-versed with MS office
• Exposure in Oracle Financials is an advantage
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and detail-oriented
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
