THE COMPANY :
- E&M engineering company in the building & construction sector with long history in Hong Kong
- We specialize in water system leisure & wellness facilities including swimming pools, water features, musical fountains, water parks, spa facilities, artificial waterfalls, health club facilities, and ice skating rinks.
- Our main clients include government entities, property developers, hotels, clubhouses, spa companies, design consultants, and direct corporate clients in Hong Kong & Macau.
- We are looking for ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Finance Manager
- Work in Accounting team of 3 members
- Supervise one Accounting subordinate
- Prepare journal vouchers and be responsible for data input into accounting system and filing on a timely manner
- Prepare and analyze monthly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, processing payments, and following up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare bank reconciliation, inter company accounts reconciliation and customer monthly statement
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Diploma in accounting or related disciplines
- 5+ years accounting experience, preferably gained from Building/Construction/Engineering sector
- Knowledgeable of ERP accounting application is preferable
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 5 days work : Mon to Fri 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Annual leave : 14 days
