• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Responsible for month-end closing, year-end closing and monitor the daily operation
• Timely conduct monthly financial reports and analysis for management review
• Prepare gross profit analysis, budgets, monthly forecasts, cashflow report, expenses review and commentary
• Prepare and review inventory and costing related report and verify the cause of cost variance and take appropriate actions
• Reconcile inter-companies current accounts;
• Ensure internal control procedures are in place and compliant with company guidelines
• Work closely with internal parties on business operations and provide advice on process improvement
• Can liaise with the external auditor solely for all the audit related issue and support for annual audit, tax computation and prepare reporting package for external auditors
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments
• Experience in handling company secretarial duties

Requirements:

• Diploma or above on Accountancy;
• LCCI Higher or above;
• Min 3 years relevant experience;
• Fluent in spoken & written English is a MUST;
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin will be an advantage;
• Familiar with MS Office & Internet;
• Hands-on experience in accounting software such as MYOB;
• Mature, responsible, can work independently and co-operate with Apartment Manager;
• Immediately available preferred.
