THE COMPANY :
- SME property developer, property investment & property leasing company
- We are looking for ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Accounting Manager
- Work in Accounting team of 3 members
- Perform daily accounting routine
- Perform full set of account books for subsidiaries
- Participate in consolidation management accounts
- LCC Higher Accounting passed or equivalent level
- 5+ years accounting experience in any business
- Experience in full set of account books
- Experience in property leasing is a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge in Dynamic or other accounting softwares
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 14 days
- Office location : Kwai Fong close to MTR
