Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

• Providing general support to the daily work, projects and activities carried out by the School;
• Maintaining files and records;
• Handling matters related to human resources (e.g. staff appointment);
• Providing frontline student services; and
• Answering enquiries and liaising with internal and external parties.

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

• At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics;
• Experience in general administration / supporting services is preferable;
• Good communication skills in English & Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Good computer skills; and
• Should be self-motivated, fast learning and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.

Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
