Overview
We are looking for an energetic candidate with good business acumen skills and excellent communication skills to oversee the business and operations of our properties overseas.
Primary Responsibilities
- Working with real estate agents to ensure that maximum income is achieved
- Overseeing the work of property / facility manager to ensure that maintenance and building operations are kept at high standard
- Making recommendations on mid / long-term strategies on asset enhancement and retrofits
- Overseeing the works of consultants and contractors to ensure that all construction works are completed in good order; in time; and within budgets
Required Background and Skills
- 10+ years of work experience in the real estate or facility management industry
- Degree in economics, business or real estate / facility management is preferred
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good business acumen skills and excellent communiction skills
- Well conversant with local real estate and construction laws and regulations
- Solid experience working with consultants as well as other service providers and contractors
