Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decisions. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
• Support the upgrade / enhancement of Collection Systems (i.e. Auto-Dialing System; Debt Manager);
• Understand collection system issues and report to Technology & Service Vendors on resolving defects;
• Work with Technology & Service Vendors to ensure user requirements and UAT are properly stated and tested;
• Support collection digitalization journey, e.g. WhatsApp; Chatbot and Voicebot;
• Support Project NAGA, core system migration
• Ensure system issues are resolved on a timely manner
• Ensure collection initiatives / system enhancements are delivered according to the project timeline

Requirements
• Degree holder
• 3 years of experience in project management and programming
• Knowledge in SQL preferable
• Exposure in banking operations, especially in collection would be an advantage
• With “Customer-focused” mindset and good communication and presentation skills
