Responsibilities:

• Ensure assigned IT systems are functional and are implemented as planned by performing system acceptance test, deployment and configuration setup
• Provide end user support for system problems including investigating root cause and suggesting solutions for problems
• Manage user new change requests through collection and analysis of user’s requirements, recommend suitable solutions and prepare functional specifications
• Working with the supervisors to allocate programming tasks amongst internal development team and external vendors
• Ensure the existing IT systems performance by conducting periodical testing and monitoring
• Enable end users’ competence on the targeted IT system by preparing training documents and conducting training course
• Develop IT operations service standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practice including the provision of written protocols
• Monitor service provided ensuring these meet with the agreed service level
• Assist in evaluating new technologies to support business through enhancing business experience and/or increasing efficiencies
• Serves as application architecture subject matter expert to business areas and project teams

Requirements:

• Degree in information system, Computer Science or related discipline
• Possess a minimum 3 years related working experience, with experience in retail industry
• Experience in e-Commerce, Web application, mobile APP, O2O, CRM and/or digital transformation, preferable in retail industry
• Knowledge in implementing and supporting CRM/ loyalty solution and POS system; with experience of integration with ERP and BI system preferable
• Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to details and accuracy
• Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills, sensitive to business priorities, analytical and accountable
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity of exploring and flexibility
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin would be an advantage
