Responsibilities:
• Perform Project management on application related projects / change management for all implemented solutions by adopting SDLC methodology
• Ensure assigned IT systems are function and are implemented as planned by performing system acceptance test, deployment and configuration setup
• Provide end user support for system problems including investigating root cause and suggesting solutions for problems
• Manage user new change requests through collection and analysis of user’s requirements, design suitable solutions, prepare functional specification and allocate programming tasks amongst internal development team and external vendors
• Ensure the existing IT systems performance by conducting periodical testing and monitoring
• Enable end users’ competence on the targeted IT system by preparing training documents and conducting training course
• Develop IT operations service standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practice including the provision of written protocols
• Propose qualified vendors, negotiate service agreements and monitor service provided ensuring these meet with the agreed service level

Requirements:
• Degree in information system, Computer Science or related discipline
• Possess a minimum 3 years related working experience, with experience in retail POS, scale label system and/or loyalty solutions is an advantage
• Hands on experience in retail POS(TP.Net is preferable), scale label system, loyalty solution system, data analysis, maintenance and integration with ERP system and BI system preferred
• Knowledge in omni-channel / digital / e commerce will be an asset
• Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to details and accuracy
• Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills, sensitive to business priorities, analytical and accountable
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity of exploring and flexibility
• Proficient in MS office software applications include Excel and Word
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin would be an advantage
