Responsibilities

• Construct and maintain financial models to monitor and analyze the operational and financial performance of Sunlight REIT;
• Perform financial analysis of potential acquisition and disposal opportunities;
• Prepare annual budget of Sunlight REIT;
• Maintain master database of operational and ESG information to facilitate the formulation of leasing, asset enhancement and sustainability-related strategies;
• Monitor and analyze key economic and industry data pertinent to the performance of Sunlight REIT;
• Assist in collecting, calculating and managing sustainability data and coordinate with various departments and external sustainability consultants to facilitate the production of sustainability reports and publications;
• Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Quantitative Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines, preferably with CFA qualifications;
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in listed real estate companies, financial institutions, investment banks and/or investment funds and asset management companies;
• Advanced Excel skills (macro level), SQL, preferably with strong knowledge in Bloomberg, Alteryx and MS Power BI;
• Able to work independently with high level of accuracy, good numerical and analytical skills;
• Working knowledge of sustainability reporting and analysis is a definite advantage.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
