Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain proper system documentation
• Coordinate user acceptance test and system implementation
• Assist in new IT projects, system application enhancements
• Prepare meeting material and report to management
• Keep abreast on latest technology and best practices in banking industry
• Perform feasibility study on how IT systems can support various banking initiatives
• Proactively manage all the potential risks on projects and recommend mitigating measures if required
• Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
• Apply change, risk and resources management, develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
• Perform user training and support

Job Requirement:

• University Graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of working experience in programming, application development in banking is preferable
• Knowledge on SQL/MSSQL and OO Development
• Knowledge in VB, C++ and JavaScript
• Experience in business analysis and application design
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, keen to explore new technology
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and be flexible
• Good interpersonal, communications, coordination and presentation skills
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
