What this job involves:

• Assist in the development of tenant representation business in Hong Kong including strategic advice, acquisition and disposal assignments, rent reviews, lease renewal and restructures
• Prepare proposals, financial analysis, cash flows, reports and presentations
• Ensure Tenant Representation processes are put in place to continually improve operating efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction
• Leverage off existing and new relationships to develop a client base over time
• Work closely with regional and global Tenant Representation team on international corporations
• Attend regular meetings with other business departments to maximize cross flow business with Tenant Representation

• With 1-3 years relevant working experience
• Experience in analytical support gained form professional service firms or multinational corporations preferable
• Excellent analytical skill, numeric sensitive and detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Applications including PowerPoint, Word & Excel
• Experience with Photoshop and other graphic applications will be an advantage
• Good command in both Cantonese and English, proficient in spoken English preferred
