Investment Services - Investment Management
Hang Seng's Investment Services business offers a full spectrum of investment products and services to both private and corporate investors. Our customers can invest in over 400 investment funds managed by reputable international fund houses. The funds cover different asset classes, including global equities, bonds, money markets and foreign exchange markets. We also provide asset management services for retirement schemes, institutional investors and charitable organisations.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Analyst, Equity.
Principal responsibilities

Research works – Conduct investment research, primarily focus on fundamental valuation and macro research.

Investment Strategy – Conduct idea generation, financial analysis, and assess a company’s strategic positioning while identifying inflection points in fundamentals. Track and closely follow company developments, including earnings reports, corporate actions, competitive dynamics and other events impacting portfolio holdings and potential investments.

Investment reporting - Develop various investment reviews to illustrate portfolio positioning, investment themes and tactical trades and content of periodical investment meeting.

Regular meeting with clients for performance review and investment outlook briefing.
Requirements

University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline or other relevant qualifications, CFA

Minimum of 5 years of research experience in HK/China/A-share equity markets

Passes in HKSI licensing examinations preferred

Proven track record on company analysis

Prior experience in reputable and established financial institutions

Fluency in both English and Chinese

Experience leading a team

Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
