Assistant Accounting & Administration Manager

Company Overview

Responsibilities:-

  • Manage full set of accounts including daily accounting operations, AR/AP, month end closing, and bank payment transactions. 
  • Prepare and update monthly budget, prepare budget reports to the management on timely basis
  • Liaise with external auditor on all finance and accounting related matters
  • Handle full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including payroll, personnel record maintenance, recruitment, insurance, etc.
  • Perform all-rounded daily office admin functions and work independently
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinances and regulations
  • Other ad hoc assignments

 

Requirements:-

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin. or related disciplines and min 5 years accounting/auditing and HR experiences with solid experience on management/financial accounts reporting
  • Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent is preferred
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Working Location : Tseung Kwan O
