Company Overview
Responsibilities:-
- Manage full set of accounts including daily accounting operations, AR/AP, month end closing, and bank payment transactions.
- Prepare and update monthly budget, prepare budget reports to the management on timely basis
- Liaise with external auditor on all finance and accounting related matters
- Handle full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including payroll, personnel record maintenance, recruitment, insurance, etc.
- Perform all-rounded daily office admin functions and work independently
- Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinances and regulations
- Other ad hoc assignments
Requirements:-
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin. or related disciplines and min 5 years accounting/auditing and HR experiences with solid experience on management/financial accounts reporting
- Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent is preferred
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Working Location : Tseung Kwan O
