Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analysis and research;
• Prepare investment proposals, business plans and presentation materials;
• Co-ordinate and liaise meetings and conferences with overseas entities;
• Consolidate reports and prepare presentation materials;
• Assist in fitting-out administration and oversee daily operation of aircraft leasing platform;
• Assist in structuring and negotiating major terms of investments and transactions;
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for leasing/acquisition/securitization transactions;
• Monitor and evaluate financial risk exposure (leverage, interest rate, exchange rate, tax and credit); and
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirement

• University graduate with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Aviation Management;
• Prior experience in aviation finance or airlines fleet management is an advantage;
• High proficiency in written English is a must;
• Pleasant personality, good working attitude and communication skills;
• Occasional business trip may be required; and
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Analyst or Associate (i.e. minimum of 3 years solid working experience in quantitative analysis, modelling and projection experience in relation to aviation finance)
