Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for air export operational support including prepare, verify, update and filing of shipping documents
• Support air gateway team in optimization of cargo consolidation
• Co-ordinate with warehouse and airlines on cargo arrangement and documentation
• Support ocean freight gateway team in optimization of cargo consolidation
• Provide administrative support and report preparation to department

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder; or F.5 with 1 year's relevant working experience, preferably gained in logistics/shipping/freight forwarding company
• Hands on experience on MS Outlook and MS Office
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good communication of Mandarin is a plus 
• Shift Duty work is required, 5-day work per week, Mon to Sun shift
