Job Responsibilities:

Execute and fulfill the customer shipment booking on timely and professional manner according to customer requirements and expectation

Handle customer's inquiry to resolve problems

Proactively keep the customer updated on the status of their order until final delivery
- React to or escalate any kind of irregularity
Job Requirements:
-
Ideally with 2 years experience with exposure on air shipment
- Solid knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Office
- Good in both spoken and written English and Cantonese and Mandarin
- College graduate
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- 1-year contract; Contract renewal subject to performance
