Responsibilities

• Responsible for data entry to the system, manage a sales database, ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including contact details, result of calls, and any follow up dates or other action required
• Contact & follow-up with customers about promotions & generate inquiries
• Make daily cold calls to potential & existing clients for the purpose of generating new / up-sell business leads

Requirements

• *HKCEE/HKDSE with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above including Chinese, English and Mathematics;

• Good telephone manner and proficiency in Cantonese
• Self-motivated and customer service oriented
• Good Knowledge in MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Fluent in Cantonese and good command of English
• Basic computer skill is required
