The incumbent will be responsible for managing and driving of consumer promotions for retail/ trade business in sportswear - CATALOG in accordance with company objectives, marketing plan and annual budget:

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement holistic marketing programs for our physical retail chains and online shop to achieve desirable brand image, maximize retail presence and meet business objectives.
• Negotiate and cooperate with business partners to develop consumer promotion calendar such as selection of advertising media and, new product launch, etc.
• Work on social media content and calendar across all platforms, such as in store design/POP, above-the-line communication, public relationship activities, social media and all owned media platforms
• Manage and initiate targeted loyalty programs to achieve business KPI
• Control A&P expenses and ensure effective and efficient use.
• Monitor the marketing and promotion planning process to ensure promotions are planned and executed on schedule.
• Co-ordinate and work with the VM team to devise relevant in-store visual merchandising.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years' marketing experiences in managerial level, engagement in apparel / footwear business is preferred but not a must
• Candidates coming from FMCG with retail marketing background will also be considered.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen as well as good fashion sense
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
