Job Responsibilities 

• To lead and coordinate admissions for all school sections and promptly serve parents to apply and enroll their children into YCIS-Hong Kong in compliance with the general policies and enrollment requirements of the schools.
• To coordinate the execution of the strategic objectives and KPIs related to admissions.
• To review, track and improve admissions service, promote enrollment, avoid withdrawal and enhance parental relations for YCIS-Hong Kong
• To act as the recognized contact point for the prospective parents, build parent relations and promote parent education, to empower parents to gain a better understanding about Yew Chung philosophy, child development and the knowledge and skills required for effective parenting.
• To work closely with the School Leadership Team and internal divisions and external business associates relating to enhancing student application and enrollment, such as and not limited to: marketing and communications, scholarship, principal recommended programs, alumni applications, external parties such as school consultants and relocation services.
• To coordinate with all school sections to ensure up-to-date information in all admissions document and promotional materials; to conduct cross sections school tours for prospective parents.
• To provide professional and effective daily hands-on admissions services and follow ups for Secondary section including student recruitment, handling parent’s enquiries, enrolment and follow through application process; participate in school promotional events and activities, etc.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Marketing or Communication related discipline, with 5-7 years or above of relevant experience
• With business acumen and leadership capability
• Customer oriented, excellent organization and communication skills with very high command of spoken & written English. Good command of Putonghua, and written Chinese is an asset
• Dynamic with integrity, organized, flexible, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills and eye for details
• Passion for international education and children, warm to parents and public
