Responsibilities:
Call handling and general receptionist duties.
Assist with monthly tuition timetable, diary management and schedule coordination.
Prepare invoices for clients.
Manage levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
Manage staff travel arrangements and staff expenses.
Requirements:
High school diploma or above
3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
Ability to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

HK$25,000-$27,000 per month subject to experience, performance bonus
