Responsibilities:

  • Call handling and general receptionist duties.  

  • Assist with monthly tuition timetable, diary management and schedule coordination. 

  • Prepare invoices for clients. 

  • Manage levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.

  • Manage staff travel arrangements and staff expenses. 

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or above

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently with strong sense of responsibility

  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

 

What we offer you:

  • HK$25,000-$27,000 per month subject to experience, performance bonus

  • Office role but with option of hybrid working and flexible hours for experienced candidates
