Company Overview

Responsibilities

  • Assist in office management and organization procedures;
  • Develop and maintain an efficient filing system and maintain and secure electronic and hard copies and originals (including legal documentation);
  • Maintain and update statutory and corporate secretarial records including but not limited to corporate kits, board resolutions, organization chart, directorship checklist;
  • Design forms that can be used for handling filing systems;
  • Coordinate with deal team and assist preparation of deal bibles;
  • Assist in company establishment, directorship appointment and change and instruct the agent to make appropriate filings;
  • Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information; and
  • Perform other office duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience with knowledge of filing systems, high school diploma or above;
  • Experience working in a law firm or professional company secretary firm will be advantageous;
  • Good knowledge of IT skills, MS Office and office equipment;
  • Good command of English and Chinese;
  • Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies;
  • Ability to work as part of a team; and
  • Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
