Job Description:

• Provide all round of administrative & daily operation support

• Handling walk-in inquiries, calls and customer follow-ups

• Prepare class timetable and examine teaching materials

• Greeting and introducing courses to the parents, as well as to maintain good customer relationship

• Develop marketing plans and strategies for all media channels for company promotion

 

Requirements:

• Form 7 graduate or above, with at least 2 years administrative service experience

• Able to multi-task & work under pressure

• Passionate connecting with parents and students

• Good command of spoken / written English and Chinese

• Cheerful, well-organized, self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude

• Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
