Administrative Assistant - US Private Equity Firm
A US-based private equity firm is now looking to add a new Administrative Assistant to support the investment team on secretarial tasks and office administration work. Fresh graduates with related internship experience are also welcome.

This is a well-established and growing private equity firm with global presence - they have over 10 offices established across United States, Europe, Asia and Middle East.
Description
- Arrange travel and accommodation bookings as well as event logistics for the team
- Prepare emails, presentation materials, expense reports, lists and other related documents
- Handle large volume of expense claims
- Monitor central mailbox, answer incoming phone calls, meet & greet guests, manage room booking and inventory items
- Support on all-around office administration duties including office maintenance and facilities admin support, ordering office supplies, coordinating office cleaning service etc.
- Support staff events and prepare related logistics
- Coordinate with overseas offices when required
- Other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Profile
- Bachelor's degree holder
- 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience from private equity/ asset management firms or within financial services/ insurance industry
- Welcome fresh/ recent graduates who worked as intern in administrative positions within financial services/ insurance firms
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Willing to learn, a self-starter, flexible, detail-minded, proactive with strong team spirit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
