Company Overview
Job Duties:
- Provide secretarial support to the Project & Property Management Department
- Perform administrative duties include scheduling appointments, liaising and coordinating with internal & external parties
- Prepare tendering, presentations, project and property particulars related documents
- Assist in data analysis in project & property particulars
- Participate in ad-hoc projects when necessary
Requirements:
- University graduate in Business Administration, Statistic, Marketing or other related discipline
- At least 1-2 years secretarial or administrative experience
- Excellent language skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferred
