Company Overview

Job Duties:

  • Provide secretarial support to the Project & Property Management Department
  • Perform administrative duties include scheduling appointments, liaising and coordinating with internal & external parties 
  • Prepare tendering, presentations, project and property particulars related documents
  • Assist in data analysis in project & property particulars 
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects when necessary

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration, Statistic, Marketing or other related discipline
  • At least 1-2 years secretarial or administrative experience
  • Excellent language skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferred

 

 

Working Location: Quarry Bay
