ESTATES OFFICE
The appointees will provide administrative support including participation in formulation and review of operational procedures and guidelines, analysis of data and preparation of reports from computerised facilities management systems, provision of secretarial support to meetings and special projects, compilation of information and preparation of management reports and presentations.
Applicants should possess a recognised degree with relevant work experience, preferably in tertiary institution or public organisation. Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua, good organisational and problem solving skills and proficiency in computer applications are required. Knowledge of and experience in using graphic software such as Photoshop and CorelDraw will be an advantage. He/She should be pleasant, service-orientated, responsible, self-motivated, detailed-minded, able to work collaboratively, independently and under pressure, and willing to take up extra responsibilities. Shortlisted candidates are required to sit for a written test.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
