Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above
  • 1 years of relevant secretarial/administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good spoken English

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support
  • Schedule and meeting arrangements
  • Follow up with both internal and external parties on day to day business operations
  • other clerical support
