Company Overview

Responsibilities:

 

•Independent in HR process – Job Ad posting, resume screening and scanning, interview arrangement, etc.

•Handle new hire administration such as orientation, insurance, MPF , to draft and files the employment contract.

•Assist in calculating final payment and managing admin staff in order to ensure smooth operation.

 

Requirements:

 

•College associate degree or above;

•At least 2 years working experience in personnel administration and logistics management;

•Able to independently complete the implementation of human resources and administrative logistics module, especially good at the daily Administrative affairs and Logistics Management of the office;

•Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, good organization and coordination skills and communication skills;

•Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;

•Immediate available is preferred
